Refund policy

At Elynoir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After 14 days, returns and refund requests will not be processed.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.


3. Exchanges & Replacements

We offer replacements for items that are:

Lost in transit (please allow up to 14 working days from the dispatch date for investigation)

Received damaged or defective (photographic evidence required)

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video evidence of the packaging and product.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before issuing a replacement.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged for return

• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video evidence
